[former] Moston Primitive Methodist Chapel, Stanton on Hine Heath This chapel was erected in 1885 on freehold land given by Viscount Hill of Hawkstone. The foundation stones were laid on Wednesday 29th July 1885. The chapel was designed by Mr J. H. Pickard of Whitchurch and built by Mr R. Powell of Prees, at a cost of £450. The chapel opened in January 1886, amd was registered for the solemnization of marriages on 20th April 1893. It closed c. 1955-8 and was sold c. 1964. By 2002 it had been converted to residential use. The lettering on the datestone on the front of the chapel has been erased, except for the date. Grid ref: SJ 562260.
