Melville Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Oreton This charming little stone-built chapel was erected by the Wesleyan Methodists in 1833. Although the chapel appears in the 1851 Religious Census returns, the form was not fully filled in, so we have no way of knowing how many people atended the chapel at that time. The chapel is still in use in 2023 and well maintained. Grid ref: SO 643797
